TGIF! One of the nicest letter combination of whole week  – Thanks God It’s Friday! Outside is sunny and mind is travelling and alreayd planning new things for the weekend ahead! Could have been a long weekend, as on Tuesday is a national holiday here in Italy, so could have taken also a day off on Monday and just stayed in, BUT as I am going for a short break next weekend, for my bf’s birthday, than will be going to work on Monday.

As my fit challange with myself is still on and and deadlne is approaching, than must be stronger than ever, however sometimes you do feel like having something to sattisfy that sweet tooth of ours but the same time need to stay on the strict objectives, so I came up with a recipe (really easy-peasy one) how to have soemthing sweet and still stick to the deit plan.

Workout

Hello in Workout Wednesday! As Each Wedneday it is a gym day, usually it is a Arms and Back for me, as I have devided my strenght training targeting body groups and having strenght training 3-4 times per week. One time i am trying to change things and do a full body blast workout or ABT (Abs, Butt & Tights workout) and coupel of times per week a cardio training. And yes, I do like it and yes, I am not crazy – just determined to reach my fitness goals – improved, leaner and more toned body. Curently also having my 2nd week of my new challenge of 31 day. (So far – so good, slow progress, but keep on going and start noticing results. Must be ready for next weekend’s check-in, so focusing and self-motivation is needed to get there.

Hello in Monday! Another weekend has gone by and time to return to a daily routine. Some of us get some rest and relax while some of us, had been busy bees this weekend, like me, and did million things. Active rest is the best rest for me so also this weekend tried to explore and do new things and spend weekend fit.

On Sunday at Milan’s artificial lake- Idroscalo was first Fitness parade – Milano Spring Parade with many courses, exhibitions and music to get prepared for summer, get in shape and move to the music. As one fit missy with an explorer spirit always try out new and fun things of course I headed there as well to see and try for myself several activities and courses.

In my to do list, after studying the program, was a stage – dance class with a MOMA (dance school in Milan) instructor, Zumba (to do some aerobics and burn some calories),  Kangoo Power class as well as Nike Training Club class. Plan thut burns, huh?  Read More

On a Workout Wednesday I am always trying to share some tips and tricks of fitness and workout to help you to improve your form. Today, I would like to share exercises that are really efficient to burn fat and a lot more intense than regular, static cardio – like running.

Inspiration, Me & My Beau

Well, last week has been wild and difficult physically and morally therefore could not update my blog and skipped the entries about Food on Friday and Workout on Wednesday, but today is motivational Monday and time for update what actually happened to me last weekend.

On Monday and Tuesday I was in Copenhagen for work (my travel essentials can find here), than came back and than on Thursday morning I headed to Germany, where were invited to German’s Next Top Model Finale with Heidi Klum presenting it. All excited and all happy were ready for the show (with my new beauty essentials and vintage outfit-unfortunately no pictures were taken at the show with me, so cannot show it off), the show started wonderful and were really having a great time, but than the unexpected and terrible bombing threat in the middle of the show and 8000 people evacuation from the arena, ruined everything. Not only moods of thousands of people but also it made you think, HOW everything could finish at one moment, just like that! poof, and you are gone.. Scary, I must say, really scary. It made me realize HOW precious every single moment is and how fast the things can be changed and you can do nothing about it. Read More

Me & My Beau

Today is not only a day to travel and explore but also a second check-in after starting my 31 day challenge to lose 3,5kg. Honestly – felt really disappointed with not the results I wished to see when stopped on scales this morning.. especially because last week had been working out 5times per week, eating clean but still no positive result – in contrary, had gained some some extra hundred of grams. how? starting to think that there might be some intolerance of something I have been eating so will go clean this week and exclude all the whole grains and see how it goes and will fix up a intolerance test to find out if there is something I have to exclude from my diet. Despite of the disappointment this morning still determined to keep going.

Apart that, today I am writing you from Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark! One of the nicest cities ever! Love being here – even if for a flying visit, but still one of my all time favorite cities. And as almost a professional business-traveler – jet-setter I decided to upgrade also my make-up. A lovely city calls for a lovely make-up, right? Actually I am kind a no-make-up-the-best-make-up type of girl, but sometimes I do like to make my eyes and/or lips pop. Especially in Spring – when everything is getting greener and colorful.

Last weekend I saw this wonderful picture of Cara Delavingne wearing a lovely blue eye liner under her eyes and decided to give a try myself – so add it to my beauty boughts together a new mascara and  hit the closest Sephora store. Read More

And another work week is almost done and weekend is about to start. So excited looking for that because it is finally sunny and that means that this weekend will hopefully open the tanning season- woot, woot! also it has been 5 days since my challenge with myself, so still determined to keep going and sticking to my plan and lose those 3,5kg in 31day!

To stay away from bad snacks especially before bedtime, I have come across to wonderful suggestions tat actually works and will keep you away from snacking!

Workout

It’s been 3 days since my official confession and public declaration after challenging myself to lose 3,5kg till the end of the month! Still highly motivated and determined to prove myself and everyone that I can do it. Yesterday added some evening cardio session- went for a sunset run as first time, in a year, was home at decent time, so had to use the occasion and went for a run before dinner. Must say that felt a lot more determined and energized right after!

Now today is a workout Wednesday and I want to share some basic workout plan to shape up your body (mostly targeting your booty, legs and core). May has always been one of my favorite months of the year! You can feel the summer already in the air that makes you more motivated, more colorful, more inspired and overall happier! full of flowers and longer and sunnier days to manage more things, like going for a run, bicycle ride and adventures – so many adventures planned!
