Hello Monday! Hello 1st Monday of May. As a tradition I am going to share my visual board for May.
May has always been one of my favorite months of the year! You can feel the summer already in the air that makes you more motivated, more colorful, more inspired and overall happier! full of flowers and longer and sunnier days to manage more things, like going for a run, bicycle ride and adventures – so many adventures planned!
From my side already know that next week heading for a business trip to Copenhagen – again – hop-in-hop off in the country but still a small getaway to one of my favorite European capitals ever.
Of course together with traveling also comes big challenge sticking to my strict diet, so will report how it goes. As next month is June I have set today a goal to lose 3,5kg till 5th of June and started a new 30 day challenge with myself. No exceptions, no temptations, no nothing just plane diet. it’s just me against me! I know I can do it! and I will prove it to myself and this is a public evidence, s no backing out and no way out! Just hard work and dedication!
On 1st of May started also World Expo 2015 here in Milan, so planning to visit it as it is all related to food, future feeding the planet and energy for life. Just waiting when the heat will go down so can start visiting the pavilions.
Than of course planning to restart my detox and fruit and vegetable cleansing and experimenting – so may is going to be pretty green for me.
Next in my May-to-do list Working out and working out some more and a little bit more. I am having a wonderful objective to reach and a challenge to win.
And of course cardio – one way or another need to find time to do it more often.
Last but not least least planning to go to see Stomp show who are coming to Milan by the end of the month! sooo excited as always wanted to see it since I was a child!
So loads of things to do and look forward to to regular everyday tasks – like working 10h per day, teach, study, workout, create and organize, etc.etc.etc. so will put a dot for now and go starting to do everything! What’s in your May plan?
