My name is Egita and this is my public diary, confession and goal setting place. A place that keeps a track, inspires, motivates and shares my everyday life, dreams, workout tips (yes, I am really fit but not as fit as I want to be), goals (as this will be also my fitness goal tracker), my healthy recipes (as I love cooking and experimenting because who said that healthy eating cannot be easy and delicious? ) and travels ( I consider myself a wanderer and explorer who prefers to have a local experience wherever I go).
