Recipe: Infused water – watermelon+mint+lemon

Day 3: I finished cucumbers so substituted it with watermelon. Must say it is really refreshing and nice, and slightly sweeter as watermelon has slightly more sugar – but the effect is still the same.

UPDATE! after this 10 day experiment – I lost 1,5 kg just by cleaning up and maintaining my regular diet and lifestyle. MUST try! it definitely helps to shed some extra kilos.
