Exhausted but happy last night I got back from a weekend getaway in Calabria (South of Italy) where I was attending a friends wedding. As my boyfriend was the best man than the occasion could not be skipped (despite I had to travel for 8 hours with 3 different types of transportation just to get there). However – definitely worth it! 

The first rule of each attendant of the wedding is to dress up to look great but not to shadow the bride (expected cat-fight or ruined relationship if you will! So pay attention!). 

As it is South of Italy and the weather was still nice than I decided to use to occasion and bring out, some last time some hot colors. Just like peperoncino (the Italian red hot chili pepper), I decided that we have to team up in red. Last week had been real intense and full with vivid moments, like a Japan Day and special parade at Expo 2015 Milan. As working for a Japanese company than this was a major event for us as Hello Kitty is the ambassador of Japanese Pavilion in the expo, and as I work for Hello Kitty it has been intense period. So Saturday finally came and we could enjoy the parade fully.  As I have a wonderful summer kimono  I got it during my trip to Japan than this was a great opportunity to wear it and so I did it. (I must say I got a lot of attention as after all being a blond girl wearing kimono is not something you see every day therefore got asked many questions about the Japan, the fair, the expo, opening times, requests to translate things from Japanese to English, take pictures, etc., so felt as famous as Hello Kitty itself of all that attention).

Today is not only a day to travel and explore but also a second check-in after starting my 31 day challenge to lose 3,5kg. Honestly – felt really disappointed with not the results I wished to see when stopped on scales this morning.. especially because last week had been working out 5times per week, eating clean but still no positive result – in contrary, had gained some some extra hundred of grams. how? starting to think that there might be some intolerance of something I have been eating so will go clean this week and exclude all the whole grains and see how it goes and will fix up a intolerance test to find out if there is something I have to exclude from my diet. Despite of the disappointment this morning still determined to keep going.

Apart that, today I am writing you from Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark! One of the nicest cities ever! Love being here – even if for a flying visit, but still one of my all time favorite cities. And as almost a professional business-traveler – jet-setter I decided to upgrade also my make-up. A lovely city calls for a lovely make-up, right? Actually I am kind a no-make-up-the-best-make-up type of girl, but sometimes I do like to make my eyes and/or lips pop. Especially in Spring – when everything is getting greener and colorful.

Last weekend I saw this wonderful picture of Cara Delavingne wearing a lovely blue eye liner under her eyes and decided to give a try myself – so add it to my beauty boughts together a new mascara and  hit the closest Sephora store. Read More

I know yesterday was a Workout Wednesday but do to a technical reasons was not able to update my blog but today we are back in business and I am ready to share with you a reason, a colorful reason that motivates me to workout, keep pushing harder and striving for progress.

You know what is the thing that inspires me working out? Results! My own results! and progress to see how my body is changing and improving. Especially nice when you receive a nice and sincere compliment that you have a beautiful legs. In every trip there is a highlight – in my Thailand getaway it was definitely island hopping and exploring myself the famous Maya Bay where was shot the famous movie ” The Beach” with Leonardo di Caprio. Of course exploring this islands was kind of dream-come-true.

As we were at Phuket on peak season – Christmas holiday period than of course it was packed of tourists and that was the reason why everything cost at least double and was fully-booked. Therefore instead of 2 day trip around Phi-Phi islands with sleepover there we went for a day trip, which I must say was not bad at all.

Hello from South of Italy!
I finally managed to escape the city and head South – to Calabria where I will be spending another week (one is already done) trying to catch up with sleep, get tanned and stay in shape. However, it has been really difficult as the cuisine is just divine and you wan’t to try everything and the constant heat is not letting you to work out either… not even mentioning that all gym’s has been closed down already.

During my business trips it’s hard to get to know the place you are going to, so I always try to make best out of the both, combining work and private life squeezing in some picture,note or reference about the country and people, mixing together with my personal impressions, feelings and discoveries.

This time was Munich. The mother of beer gardens, beer fests and class.
This is my impression of capital of Bavaria.
So here are some pictures caught on running from one meeting to another and from hotel to dinner without a map.
I stayed in this small but fashionable boutique hotel Falkentrum . It is right behind the main shopping street – Maximilianstrasse, where you will find all the big brands : Guchi, Dior, Chanel, Rolex, etc.etc.

Paris mon amour… I fell in love with Paris long before I went there for my first time many,many years ago and I never get tired coming back there as every time is something new to discover, see, try and feel.

It’s enchanting by night and full of surprises by day and definitely it is not only the city only for lovers, romance and haute cuture with an expensive shopping but also city with art, culture and adventures and you will never get bored there – trust me!
couple of weeks ago I organized a Paris getaway for my bf birthday. as he had never been there than tried to make as compact list of “must do, see and try things” list for him to make to make best out of this trip.
and as I already had done all this than decided that maybe someone else could take an advantage and spare some hours googling things to see and do while there.
As for me Montrematre is the “real Paris” where you can have not only typical croissant or pain au chocolat  and coffee for breakfast in a small street- side caffee but also have some pretty fun nightlife this is why i strategically chose staying near the Central Station (Gare du Est) so can stroll for breakfast there and have a real Parisian start of the day.
