Happy 1st of April! As already a tradition, beginning of every new month I am setting for myself goals what I want my month to be like! I am currently on my second day of Spring holiday in South of Italy (where sticking to a diet is almost IMPOSSIBLE – as first rule of South of Italy is to Eat and ask for more), so for me sticking to my strict diet it is a quite a struggle, even if I have all my workout gear packed with me and dedication to stick to my fitness goals – I must say it is not easy, not easy at all. To stay focused and my eyes to the ultimate goal (Planning to lose 5kg by the end of Spring) I have set up my Spring Visual board slightly more workout and motivation related to keep going and to resist sweet temptations and hope to inspire you as well.
This month I am planning to increase also my cardio training frequency by going running more often and to use my bicycle to go to work again. (Last year got real good results while not really changing much in my workout routine just adding going to work with Mr.Holland (aka my bicycle).
Also this month is an Easter holiday and Spring break so must be even more careful on what we eat and what we do to remain on track!
In Italy Easter holidays is for big lunch tables, chocolate eggs and loads of sweets, but me as Latvian who prefers to stick to my traditions – I ma going for more protein option – real egg coloring, fighting and eating.
This is Easter for me – with colored (real) eggs. These were colored by my mom last year and I am planing to repeat that here in Calabria too.
In April planning to be even more dedicated and more goal oriented than ever because we all know that in 3 months will be summer, beach time and to come closer to your dream body you have to start working on it ..well already yesterday!
