Inspiration, Workout

Buongiorno Milano! I am back from my one week (seems-like-one-month) getaway to Latvia and ready to get back on track with my training and clean eating lifestyle. Also I expect this to be an exciting week as well as going to switch up my gym workout schedule for a new one and implement some new exercises and techniques to give some extra boost to my progress and of course also to lose that extra kilos taken from all the barbecues, gatherings, wedding and lack of exercises(hit the gym just twice, BUT did it properly with my friend Martins and fitness mentor. Here is a sneak-a-peak from our Leg day – did not walk the next 2 days properly).

Recently I have been asked what I am doing to switch up my workout/ exercise routines to stay motivated and the answer is simple – variation and not letting yourself to get too comfortable. I constantly try to challenge myself to push harder, if the weights getting “lighter” I am adding some extra kilos therefore constantly trying to beat my own best and not letting those muscles get too comfortable. Workout

As always I am paying a flying visit to Germany (Yesterday Stuttgart and today Frankfurt) for business meetings. But even on a tough schedule I try not to skip a workout day (and Wednesdays are workout days) therefore wherever I am I try to squeeze in a quick cardio/ HIIT or workout session depending of my agenda and meeting schedule.

As unfortunately my connection is really faulty than going to be brief but still l want to share my morning cardio blast in my hotel room (this time staying at design hotel- 25hours by Levi’s, despite of connection – really liking this trendy place). My adventures in live on Snapchat and Twitter) that could and SHOULD be replicated also in your trips or busy mornings (no excuses).

Quick Cardio blast

Warm up. Walk 5 min on a spot or a light jog.
(Do the 30 seconds for each exercise and move quickly into the next).

  • High knee sprint on the spot (as fast as you can)
  • Mountain climbers
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Burpees
  • Squat jumps
  • Air skips
  • Lateral skater jumps
  • Jog on Spot
  • Tuck jumps
  • rest 30 seconds
Repeat for total 2 to 5 sets
Cool down and STRETCH!

You will see it will energize you for the rest of the day!

What about you? Have you ever worked out during your trips/ holidays in a hotel?
Workout

Greetings from Hamburg! I am again on the road (well kind a) in Germany for a business trip. This week-hitting Hamburg,Cologne and Düsseldorf in 3,5days. As always I am on a tight schedule with travelling, running from a meeting to a meeting and messing up all my eating times and workout plan! However as a determined lady who finds solutions to every complex situation than also this trip I am finding time to workout.

As today is a Workout Wednesday than and last night could not hit the gym, as arrived at Germany at midnight, than this morning woke up at earlier to do a morning HIIT session before confronting the day. Had just 20min but made it intensive. No excuses! Here is my simple morning full body session before breakfast ( burs twice as much). Read More

On Wednesdays I write about Workout and Fitness and today is also the case when I want to share with you some real effective treadmill routine that will just take you 15minutes but will burn 2x more efficiently fat as it is a HIIT training where you need to use different speeds and inclination. However super effective and good to exchange your regular treadmill running with this killer workout. (I suggest you wear black as it will be a funeral to your fat, especially to your stubborn belly fat).  Read More

Workout

Outside is raining and you have no will to leave the house to hit the gym to go for  run still feel like burning some calories? Than we are in the same boat! I am currently for a business trip at Stockholm, outside is raining and still would like to do my cardio training but it is not possible as my hotel does not have a gym.. But what it does have is a space in my room and stairs – 5 floors of them therefore I will use them instead.

The best thing I have come up during my trips is a HIIT*  (High Intensity Interval Training) training on those cardio days. Not only because it saves time, space and needs no equipment but also because it burns more fat and faster than regular jogging.  Read More
